A picture from the intro of my little videogame project "Victory girl", a shoot them up in which you play a superheroine.
Now that the intro is made public, you may already have seen that one. But well not only it allows me to update while I continue the ending, but I am also interested in comments and critics on each picture individually.
Jessica/Victory Girl just decided to knock out her own daughter so she would not see the aliens invading the world. After all, if the world were to be destroyed, it would surely be best to just be sleeping during the last moments rather than witnessing the end.
If Jessica was more confident in her superpowers, she probably would not have done that, but at that moment she is not totally ready.
Small size due to the fact it's used like this in the intro movie.
Sara, Victory Girl's daughter, never has been kidnapped. Victory Girl has never been seen yet, so why would the aliens target her daughter when they are into "conquering the world"? It's not like Jessica is the president or something.
I often say "in the game, you have to save your daughter". Well, yes, because if you don't kick alien butts, she will be killed when they invade!
If Victory Girl gets an episode 2, the kidnapping would then become a very plausible option, since the enemy could know about Victory Girl and try to find her secret identity to defeat her. But first finish episode 1... The fact there will ever be an Episode 2 will depend a lot of the success of the first one.
Oh... My mistake then. I'm used to having the "saving a dear loved one" plot with kidnappings by the antagonists - Ranma 1/2 is partly to blame for that.
