This was a request by my cousin.

He is organizing amateur endurance races and wanted me to help on the logo for his team.
You can see it on the left, and if you are interested in motorsports and live in or near France, you might check his website : [link]

The 3 logos on the right aren't for the team, they are used to represent members of my family who gave money to my cousin.
We can technically qualify them as "sponsors", so my cousin asked me to do stickers for them which would look like actual sponsors.

1. The logo for my grandfather. Since my grandfather like to make various wooden objects, his logo is a parody of a french supermarket called "Leroy Merlin" where you can buy tools.

2. Logo representing my father. He likes porsche, and plays golf, the rest of the text is made up from his name and job, but I won't tell how for privacy.

3. Logo representing my uncle. He likes suzuki and is a vet. Same thing about the text.

This stuff will not be displayed in my featured gallery and may even go to scraps, depending of your opinion on it.
But I thought it was interesting to show something different from usual while making a little ad for my cousin's project.

EDIT : Moved to scraps.

The cause of stupidity is a lack of exposure to my brilliance.

If it's a logo you should not make any parody of any thing. Logo is a serious identity, especially when the company or individual uses the logo is also serious as well.

Maybe you shouldn't call the three in the right a logo, it'll be more suitable to be called a decal.

Then, about the main logo itself, I say it's still lacking "soul". Probably the posture of the man, or the lines, or the shapes.

People who uses the fake excuses really is the worst. They don't dare to tell the truth, and covered it with more lies. If the one you lied to learned the truth, it'll be more painful than saying it right to the face from the beginning.

Well this is not professionnal in any way, so we didn't spend that much time on those.
A real logo goes goes through lot of versions before deciding the final one, here the point was just to make something better than my cousin could do on his own.

I know they are not that good, but well I never did that before (and I did tell my cousin).
I learned to draw by myself from anime, so I am very far away from marketing and logo conception.

So I guess we can say it was an experiment. And it remains fun more than anything, hence the probable move to scraps later.
My cousin is glad with that, so I guess that's the most important.

I draw wings because I believe people have the power to fly. I draw them on half-naked girls because I believe I'm a pervert.

Well as long as the client is happy, it's mission accomplished. Right?
