Oh noes! The aliens are invading the earth, which obviously means the united states! What can we do?

Fortunately, the aliens don't seem to understand that invading the united states always results in getting beaten to a pulp by the US army or a superhero!

Well, at least that how it works in movies.

A try for something different, inspired by a dream I had.
I was super-surprised (haha, joke) to make a dream about a superheroine, american style, since I almost don't read comics and have not seen a superhero show in AGES. My brain is so messed up...
So I thought it deserved a drawing.

This drawing was a try to combine different techniques, hence the "mixed media", since this picture combines traditionnal sketching, digital painting, and digital photomanip.

I was seeing if I could do a convincing cityscape from a few photos. I still had nightmares about this ( [link] ), so I tried this method for time-effectiveness.

After all, CLAMP did use photograhies for cityscapes in X 1999, so how could I be blamed for using that?

Despite those "cheats", this picture still took a lot of time, since the rest was drawn, so I hope you'll like it.
